Argo buys OneBeacon lawyers' PL renewal rights

Argo Group US has entered into a binding agreement with OneBeacon
Insurance Group to buy up the renewal rights on the US
insurer's lawyers' professional liability book of business.
The deal is effective 1 January 2015 and will see all of
OneBeacon's lawyers' professional liability book renewed
and serviced by the Argo Group International Holdings'
subsidiary's Argo Pro unit.
The renewal rights transaction also sees product leader Kim
Noble and certain members of her team
