ANV hires CRO from Talbot

ANV has hired Sheldon Lacy as its new chief risk officer,
The Insurance Insider can reveal.
Lacy joins from Talbot, where he has served as head of business
information for approximately a year and had held various roles for
three years prior to that.
He has also previously worked at RSA, Lloyds TSB and Danish
carrier Codan.
The hire is the latest in a stream of new appointments at ANV.
