AM Best ratings unchanged on of Baldwin & Lyons exits

Ratings agency AM Best has said that the departure of Baldwin &
Lyons' executive team will have no impact on the US
insurer's financial strength or issuer credit rating.
Last week the carrier announced that its CEO Joseph DeVito had
decided to retire along with deputy chairman Gary Miller and CFO
Patrick Corydon.
But AM Best said it did not foresee the departures putting
short-term pressure on the group's financial performance or
business profile.
