Allianz provided cover for Macron election failure
Newly elected French President Emmanuel Macron purchased a
financial indemnity policy from Allianz in case his campaign failed
to cross a 5 percent voting threshold during the first round of the
two-part election, according to leaked documents.
Documents from Macron's En Marche party, published on Friday
(5 May) prior to the crunch run-off yesterday against Marine Le
