AJ Gallagher acquires Miller-Harrison

AJ Gallagher (AJG) has acquired Iowa-based Miller-Harrison
Insurance Services, the US-listed broker announced today (20
November).
The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Michael Harrison, Jeffrey Miller and their associates will
continue to operate in Muscatine, Iowa, under the direction of
Michael Pesch, head of Gallagher's Midwest region retail
property/casualty brokerage operations.
