AFG co-CEO sells $7.2mn of shares

Carl and Craig Lindner, co-CEOs of American Financial Group (AFG),
have sold $12.6mn worth of stock in the company.
Carl Lindner sold 100,000 AFG shares at an average price of
$71.81 each on 8 August, while Craig Lindner sold 75,000 shares at
an average price of $72.13 per share.
The news comes after the carrier announced flat second quarter
operating profits of $113mn last week (3 August).
At $1.28 a share, the result was just ahead of analysts'
consensus forecasts...
