Advent Solutions hires non-exec chair

Delegated authority service provider Advent Solutions has
appointed Charles Earle, the former chair of UK-based MGA Arista,
as non-executive chairman.
As well as being the chairman for Arista Insurance, Earle is
best known as one of the original architects of the company's
strategy, raising capital to launch the business and leading it
until its sale in April 2014.
Earle has four decades of insurance industry experience, three
