'Westworld' HBO series is Blade Runner meets Deadwood

  HBO has released the first teaser trailer for its upcoming AI thriller Westworld, a television remake of the classic sci-fi movie.
Despite the Old West look, everything seen in the trailer is terrifically advanced.
