Surface Duo review: Why I'm still confused about Microsoft's dual-screen device

I've been using Microsoft's Surface Duo for the last two weeks as a phone and mobile productivity tablet. Here's my 'non-reviewer's review' of the company's newest $1,400+ Surface.
