Singapore online falsehoods law kicks in with details on appeals process

Passed in May 2019 after a brief debate, the Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation Bill comes into effect from October 2 and includes an appeals process that costs S$200 to file and must be heard in the High Court within nine days.
