​Samsung makes 2.4Gbps per pin 8GB DRAM dubbed Aquabolt

Samsung Electronics has begun production of a 2.4Gbps per pin 8GB HBM2 DRAM branded Aquabolt that can be used for supercomputers and AI solutions.
