Microsoft refreshes its Surface PC portfolio including Android-based Duo 2

Microsoft is introducing eight new, Surface-branded devices and peripherals. There's a new high-end laptop, the next version of its flagship 2-in-1 and the second version of its dual-screen Android phone, among others.
