Huawei rebukes US attempts to stymie foreign competition with chip rule

Latest move to block chipmakers that use US technology from supplying to Huawei without a licence is the US government's attempt to "crush" competitors beyond its borders and will undermine trust international companies have in US technology and supply chains, says Huawei.
