How AWS' Chime, cloud business productivity apps play into Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud battle

On the surface, AWS is chasing video conferencing to add another product to its portfolio. If you zoom out though, you see AWS is building a complete stack that can help it land enterprise deals and mute Microsoft and Google's advantage with Office 365 and Gmail, respectively.
