Fairness in AI, StarCraft Edition

Some grumbling has been heard about how AlphaStar, Google DeepMind's new neural net for playing at StarCraft, is neither fair nor intelligent. That's probably true, in the sense that everyday definitions of both of those terms are being mis-applied and are mis-representing what DeepMind seems to be after.
