Extreme Networks acquires Ipanema from Infovista for SD-WAN, SASE

The 60 million Euro purchase price is a steal and fits the mold of other Extreme acquisitions, because Ipanema is a top-tier technology that was a stranded asset inside a larger organization where it didn't fit.
