ByteDance won't allow TikTok's algorithm to be part of a sale: Report

As the deadline for a forced sale or shutdownof the U.S. operations of the TikTok video-sharing app fast approaches, ByteDance is said to have decided its algorithm won't be part of any sale that happens.
