Asia-Pacific Gateway 54Tbps subsea cable completes construction

NEC's subsea cable owned by a consortium of telcos in Japan, China, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam has completed construction amid the race to build out fibre-optics across APAC.
