Wounded Dog Found Abandoned And Tied To A Gate

The owner of a neglected and "extremely thin" dog that was found abandoned and tied to a gate is being sought by the RSPCA. A walker discovered the female Staffordshire bull terrier in Ullswater Drive in Middleton, Greater Manchester. Although the dog was not wearing an identification tag, she was microchipped and the RSPCA established that previous owners had named her Jazz.
