Wormwood Scrubs Prison Officers Seriously Hurt

Two prison officers have been seriously injured at Wormwood Scrubs jail, the Prison Officers Association has said. They were badly assaulted on one of the prison wings and have been taken to hospital. The attacks come in the same week as staff at Wormwood Scrubs walked out over "Dickensian" safety conditions.
