Woman Who Died After Falling In Thames Named

A woman who died after being pulled from the River Thames has been named. Charlotte Brown, 24, and a 29-year-old man were recovered from the water at 11.45pm on Tuesday after police responded to "reports of shouting". The pair were taken to St George's Hospital where Ms Brown, from Finchley, died.
