Wales hits record-high temperature as UK basks in sun

Wales has hit its highest February temperature in 29 years as the UK basked in unseasonably warm weather.Gogerddan on the west coast reached 19.1C (66.38F) on Sunday, beating Wales' previous February record of 18.6C (65.48F) in Velindre on 23 February, 1990, the Met Office told Sky News.Rugby fans jokingly blamed the balmy weather on fury from England fans still in the country after Wales beat their side in the Six Nations on Saturday.
