UK formally requests speedboat killer Jack Shepherd's extradition

The UK has submitted a formal request asking Georgia to extradite speedboat killer Jack Shepherd.Shepherd, 31, is currently in prison in the Georgian capital, Tbilisi.The speedboat they were in overturned in icy water in the Thames in December 2015.
