UK appoints Rory Stewart as international development minister

LONDON (Reuters) - Rory Stewart was named Britain's cabinet secretary for international development on Wednesday in a reshuffle sparked by the firing of Defence Secretary Gavin Williamson over the leak of information about Chinese telecoms company Huawei.
