Two ferries and three bike rides quicker than taking the train

A commuter who discovered that two ferry crossings and three bike rides were quicker than using the train has taken his bizarre route to work for the last time before retiring.Maths lecturer Dr Michael McCabe lives in the New Forest and worked at the University of Portsmouth.There was a train journey available, which was meant to take 90 minutes.
