Tunisia hotel attack: Theresa May defends delay in identifying British victims

The death toll of British holidaymakers killed in the massacre in Tunisia is expected to rise as more of the dead are identified, and several victims remain seriously ill in hospital. Three are in intensive care and two in comas.
