'True Inspiration': Blind Emmerdale Actress Dies

Kitty McGeever, who became the first blind actress on a UK soap when she joined Emmerdale, has died aged 44. In 2009, the actress joined Emmerdale, where she played the character of Lizzie Lakely. Gemma Oaten, who plays Rachel Breckle in the programme, tweeted: "So sad to hear the news our dear Kitty McGeever has died.
