Train passengers unable to buy tickets as payment machines crash

Rail commuters have been unable to purchase tickets as machines across much of England cannot accept card payments.Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR) said its card-only machines have been affected by a "network-wide issue".Southern, Thameslink, Great Northern and the Gatwick Express are all operated by GTR.
