Tory Row: 'No Further Plans' To Cut Welfare

The new Work and Pensions Secretary has promised there will be no more welfare cuts to fund last week's Budget. The Government has ditched proposed Budget cuts to disability benefits just days after they were announced, leaving a £4.4bn black hole over the course of the Parliament. In his first appearance in the Commons since he replaced Mr Duncan Smith, former Welsh secretary Stephen Crabb confirmed the planned cuts to the Personal Independence Payment (PIP) disability benefit w
