Toddler found wandering Torquay street alone

Police in Devon are searching for the parents of a child after he was found wandering the streets in Torquay.Officers were called to Main Avenue at about 1.25pm on 2 January after reports of a young child being found in the street.A police spokesman told Devon Live: "The child was found wandering around the street and has been taken into a property by some of the neighbours.
