Three 'Missed Chances' To Prosecute Janner

Three chances were missed to prosecute Lord Greville Janner over child sex abuse allegations, an independent inquiry has found. There was enough evidence to put the Labour peer before the courts in 1991, 2002 and 2007 but failings by police and lawyers meant he was never prosecuted, the report by High Court judge Sir Richard Henriques found.
