Three hurt in Notting Hill 'noxious substance' attack

Three people have been taken to hospital after an apparent noxious substance attack in the Notting Hill area of west London.Officers from the Metropolitan Police were called to Westbourne Grove at about 2.10pm on Tuesday.A hazardous area response team from the LAS was also dispatched.
