Tesco Rakes In £217m From Dobbies Sale

Tesco has sold its Dobbies Garden Centres business as it continues to offload non-core assets to focus investment on its UK supermarkets. The UK's biggest retailer said an investor group led by Midlothian Capital Partners and Hattington Capital will pay £217m for Dobbies, which has 35 sites across England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
