Team GB Athlete 'Robbed At Gunpoint' At Rio Olympics

A Team GB athlete has been robbed as they returned to their accommodation during the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, according to reports. A spokesman for the British Olympic Association confirmed an unnamed British competitor was involved in an incident in the early hours of Tuesday morning. The newspaper reported that Team GB officials sent an email to athletes, warning them not to wear their kit outside the athletes' village and not to take taxis for their own safety.
