'Suspicious' Flat Fire Killed Pregnant Woman

A heavily pregnant woman has died following a suspicious fire in a tower block. Senior investigating officer Al Pitcher said: "This is a very sad and distressing incident in which a young woman and her unborn child have lost their lives in tragic circumstances.
