Stormont executive deal 'could be this week'

James Brokenshire says he thinks an executive for Northern Ireland's administration could be formed as "early as this week".The Secretary of State for Northern Ireland told the House of Commons he continues to believe a deal is achievable.Earlier, Sinn Fein said a deal to restore power-sharing in Northern Ireland was unlikely to materialise in the short term after the latest deadline for an agreement came and went last Thursday.
