Stormont executive could 'be formed as early as this week'

James Brokenshire says he thinks an executive can be formed to run Northern Ireland's devolved administration as "early as this week".The Northern Ireland Secretary told the House of Commons he continues to believe the various parties can resolve their differences.Earlier, Sinn Fein said a deal to restore power-sharing in Northern Ireland was unlikely to materialise in the short term after the latest deadline for an agreement came and went last Thursday.
