Storm Emma: 'Concern is growing' for missing Lucy Duncan

Police are searching for a teenage girl who disappeared during Storm Emma.Lucy Duncan, 19, set off in her car just before the Met Office's red weather warning came into force on Thursday."Concern is growing for Lucy's welfare particularly due to the recent snow and poor driving conditions," a spokesperson for the police force said.
