Storm Caroline: Snow warnings as UK temperatures fall to -5C

Northern Ireland, Scotland and northern parts of England and much of Wales have been blanketed in snow by Storm Caroline.The Met Office says northern and western parts of the UK endured another day of "frequent blustery snow and hail showers" and a widespread frost will befall inland areas overnight as we head into the weekend.The wintry weather was also more keenly felt in central and southern parts of England throughout the day, while the Met Office warned of "significant accumulations" in Wal
