Stories In Welfare Advice Leaflet Were Made Up

Welfare officials have admitted that stories in a Government leaflet offering advice for benefits claimants were made up. The document contained pictures of a man and a woman next to what was purported to be their positive personal accounts of the sanctions regime. But the two claimants, "Sarah" and "Zac", were fictional and their quotes were invented.
