Steel Nationalisation 'Not The Answer' - PM

David Cameron has said the Government is "doing everything it can" to resolve the steel crisis but that nationalisation is not the solution. The Government has been criticised for its response to Indian conglomerate Tata's announcement that it is preparing to sell its UK assets, including the country's biggest steel plant at Port Talbot in South Wales. Around 40,000 jobs could be lost if no buyer is found, according to an analysis by the Institute for Public Policy Research.
