Spectator Critical After Road Race Collision

A female spectator at a motorcycling road race in Northern Ireland is in a critical condition after being hit during a crash. The woman was involved in a collision involving three riders in the opening minutes of the North West 200 race at Portstewart, County Antrim. She was airlifted to Belfast's Royal Victoria Hospital. Two of the riders were also taken to hospital as the annual event near the Giant’s Causeway got under way, according to the Belfast Telegraph.
