Snow Warning For Drivers As Cold Snap Hits UK

Snow has been causing treacherous driving conditions in parts of the UK - on a weekend in which temperatures are set to plunge to -5C. Parts of the UK saw a flurry of snow overnight and in the early hours of the morning, bringing a sharp end to what has so far been the second mildest November on record. Snow fell as far south as Eastbourne and East Sussex, with areas in Scotland, Wales, northern England and the Midlands also hit.
