Small Business Confidence At Four-Year Low

The Federation of Small Businesses' (FSB) index recorded its largest ever annual drop since it started in 2010. The survey of 1,000 FSB members was conducted in April and May - before the vote to leave the EU. The FSB said it was unclear how much uncertainty caused by the upcoming referendum affected confidence.
