Security reviewed at UK Christmas events after Berlin attack

Security at events in the UK over Christmas and New Year is being reviewed following the deadly attacks in Berlin and Ankara. Twelve people died after a lorry ploughed into a crowded Christmas market in the German capital on Monday night in what is assumed to be a terror attack. In a statement on Tuesday, the Metropolitan Police said it has "detailed plans for protecting public events over the Christmas and New Year period".
