Second man held over Parsons Green bombing

A second man has been arrested by detectives investigating the Parsons Green terror attack.The 21-year-old was detained in Hounslow, west London at around 11.50pm on Saturday.Thirty people were injured during London's Friday morning rush hour when an improvised explosive device detonated on a Tube train.
