Scottish lawyers face increasing risk of attack

The head of Scotland’s Law Society says she is “extremely alarmed” over a survey showing solicitors routinely attacked or threatened at their work. At greatest risk are criminal defence solicitors and family lawyers dealing with child custody cases.
