Ruth Davidson questions Conservatives' net migration target

Ruth Davidson has questioned the Government's target of reducing net migration to less than 100,000.Writing in The Daily Telegraph, the Scottish Conservative leader called on her party to give British people a "mature debate" on the issue."Neither of the major parties of government has sought to have a meaningful and sustained discussion with the public about the merits and drawbacks of immigration," she wrote.
