RSPCA Officer Missing In Storm 'Not Coming Home'

The daughter of an RSPCA inspector who went missing while trying to rescue seabirds from a cliff has paid tribute to him. A search has taken place for Mike Reid in Cornwall but Jenna Reid admitted her father "will not be coming home". He vanished shortly before hurricane-force winds from Storm Imogen battered the UK .
