Row Over Call To Rename Zero-Hours Contracts

A cabinet minister has been branded "out of touch" after saying zero-hours contracts should be renamed "flexible hours". Work and Pensions Secretary Iain Duncan Smith sparked criticism after saying the contracts were "badly named", and claiming people on them were "more satisfied with their work life balance" than those in full-time work.
